Sawgrass Island is a collection of 56 custom built estate homes surrounded by lagoons and amazing views. These homes are on one-acre lots, the only one-acre lots in Northeast Florida. All homes are near the TPC at Sawgrass Valley Course or the TPC at Sawgrass Stadium Course, the home of the world famous 'PLAYERS Championship.' Access to Sawgrass Island is via a private bridge off Seven Mile Drive.

Board Meetings typically are held on the last Thursday of each month at 9 AM. Signs are posted at the bridge 48 hours in advance.
Sawgrass Island and Seven Mile Drive are also a part of Players Club West Association which includes the gatehouse and fountain off of TPC Blvd.
