Sawgrass Players Club operates under a two-tier governance structure designed to maintain and protect the community's shared areas and amenities while allowing each neighborhood to maintain its own identity and specific requirements.
All property owners are required to abide by Sawgrass Players Club Master Association rules which govern the overall community, as well as their individual subassociation documents and rules.(opens in new tab)
Master Association
The Sawgrass Players Club Master Association is responsible for community-wide matters, including common areas and amenities, main roadways, overarching architectural controls, and other shared elements of the overall development.
The Master Association's governing documents, rules, and policies establish requirements that apply throughout Sawgrass Players Club.

Subassociations
Sawgrass Players Club is also comprised of 16 independently governed subassociations. Each subassociation is a separate legal entity with its own board of directors, governing documents, rules and policies, and property management arrangements.
In addition to complying with the Master Association's governing documents and and community-wide rules, property owners must also comply with the governing documents and rules of their individual subassociation.
