Governing Documents

The Sawgrass Players Club Association is committed to promoting a quality lifestyle and enhancing property values. To achieve this, a comprehensive set of Covenants and Restrictions, Articles and Bylaws, as well as other rules and policies govern the community and all property owners. All residents are required to abide by the Master Association documents and rules, as well as their individual sub association documents and rules.

Note: In April, the Board will discuss the 2024 rules and consider voting to change them at the May meeting.  You can view the Summary of Proposed Rule changes here:  Proposed Rule Changes 4-7-25 (rule changes are subject to edits)
