The entrance to Seven Mile Drive features a beautiful fountain, picturesque landscaping and a large hill overlooking golf fairways on both sides of the tree-lined road. Architectural Review Board Residents wishing to make yard or exterior home renovations including like-for-like replacements or tree removals, need to submit an application to the Seven Mile Drive ARB. Marsh Landing Management Company is responsible for sending all applications to the Seven Mile Drive ARB.
