Finance Meetings are held monthly on the Tuesday prior to each board meeting. The Committee reviews the monthly financial report, any variances to the monthly budget, outstanding aged receivables and Association investments. Each summer the Committee reviews updates to the Reserve Study and from August-October the Committee reviews the upcoming annual budget.
