Water's Edge
Water’s Edge consists of 80 single-family homes ranging in size from 2,000 sq. ft. to 2,800 sq. ft. Approximately 70 of the homes are on water or have a water and TPC at Sawgrass Valley Course view. Lot sizes are approximately one-quarter acre, and the houses maintain a minimum five-foot side lot setback. Each home sports a stucco finished exterior and a screen-enclosed lanai included under the main roof elevation. Interiors are well lit with natural lighting, and all ceilings are a minimum of 10 feet. Residents include many golf enthusiasts, as well as active retirees.
Board of Directors
The Board of Directors meets at 9:00am on the 3rd Wednesday of each month. Annual membership meeting is 3rd Wednesday of April – Time to be determined.
