The Finance members meet monthly on the Tuesday prior to each board meeting. The committee reviews the monthly financial report, any variances to the budget, outstanding aged receivables and Association investments. Each summer they receive updates to the Reserve Study in preparation for their budget planning which occurs from August to October. All Finance meetings are held at Marsh Landing Management Company with a Zoom option.
